Improved Online Help and Support Tickets
We are making some new upgrades to Deputy that will make your daily experience even better. They include a new help centre and support features, as part of our mission to continually improve your Deputy work world.
The major change includes better support features for you, including easier access to our online support team. This means your questions and feedback will be responded to in an even more timely fashion.
Better online support
Questions, feedback or suggested enhancements can be logged via the Contact Support button, in the top right hand section of any Deputy page. This is the fastest way to get a response from our support team.
Additional Help Features
We have added more help features to a number of sections inside Deputy. These include video tutorials. Simply open the Actions tab, click on the Learn More links, and access help information for:
- Scheduling Employees
- Approve and Export Time Sheets
- Manage Employee Lists.
