If you are a business that provides client site services (be it cleaning/trades/nursing etc) you will probably have multiple locations in Deputy. Until now it would have been really cumbersome to manage your employees across all these locations. Lot of scrolling, switching between tabs etc.
Well, we have listened to you and introduced a new feature that will simplify your daily work:
MERGE LOCATION CARDS
If you have multiple locations, you can Collapse/Expand them in your homepage. This will help you see all your employees across all locations.
ALL LOCATIONS ROSTERING
The location selector in Rostering will feature an “All Locations” option. This will allow you to schedule your employees across all the locations.
Please note: this feature will only work if all of your locations have the same configuration for Timezone, Week Start day and Shift confirmation.
APPROVE AND EXPORT TIMESHEETS
We have also introduced the the All Locations option for Timesheet approval. Now you can have an overview of all your locations’ Timesheet status. Timesheet export always had the multi location export option.
Many reports like the Roster VS Timesheet VS Sales report will feature the All Locations option.
Along with these changes, we have also pushed numerous other performance improvements and bug fixes. By popular demand, we have also added a CSV download from rosters.
