    Our cloud based employee scheduling software was designed to work with an active internet connection, but that doesn’t mean you can’t use some parts of Deputy offline. The Deputy Kiosk and Deputy smartphone app still have limited access while offline. When the internet connection is activated, full access will be available again.

  • Is Deputy available in other languages?

  • What if my employee does not own a smartphone?

    Deputy can still send full-length schedule information by SMS or via email if a staff member doesn’t own a smartphone.

  • Do employees have to confirm a shift before the schedule is set?

    Confirmation is an optional way to publish your shift schedule. When you publish a shift with confirmation required, the employee assigned to the shift will be sent an email and SMS, and must either accept or decline the shift. You can set the time frame in which the schedule must be confirmed.
