Deputy Announces ADP Partnership to Include Real-Time Employee Sync and Payroll Capabilities Available on the ADP Marketplace

Leading global workforce management solution provider, Deputy today unveiled real-time integration with comprehensive global provider of cloud-based Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions, ADP®. ADP clients can access this integration on the ADP Marketplace.

  • Employee Sync: For ADP customers who decide to leverage Deputy, as new employees are hired and on boarded, accounts are easily created in Deputy so their employees can be scheduled for shifts, eliminating the need of double data entry.
  • Payroll Integration: Real-time payroll integration from Deputy is fully optimized to integrate with RUN Powered by ADP® and ADP Workforce Now®. This allows for efficient and accurate payroll without having to download or upload files or spreadsheets.

According to the ADP Research Institute®, today’s enterprises typically operate an average of 31 separate HR applications and 33 payroll systems, creating enormous complexities to analyze and track employee data. Now, RUN Powered by ADP and ADP Workforce Now customers can seamlessly integrate Deputy’s best-in-class mobile solution that includes functionality for employee scheduling, time and attendance, employee communication, tasking and performance management to improve business operations from the ground up.

“Today, according to a recent workforce survey by Harris Interactive, 55 percent of a business leader’s time is spent on administrative tasks and non-revenue driven work,” said Jason Walker, president, Americas for Deputy. “With Deputy, management is no longer shackled behind their desks. By utilizing Deputy through the ADP Marketplace, management can run their business and expect administrative time to be reduced by 80 percent, as confirmed by Deputy customers with similar integrations. Ultimately, this will allow managers to get out of the back office and back into the action of helping their business succeed.”

In addition to employee sync and payroll integration, Deputy’s leading employee scheduling and time and attendance technology enables ADP customers to run these business functions from their pockets with top of the line apps for iPhone®, iPad®, Apple Watch™, and Android mobile devices. For instance, employees can receive and manage their schedules straight from their mobile device, clock in and out for work with their photo, instantly get their tasks for the day, and securely review and acknowledge important business updates to stay engaged. And all intelligently integrated with RUN Powered by ADP and ADP Workforce Now Payroll platforms.

“Companies entrust many service providers to support various aspects of their HR and business operations, and through the ADP Marketplace we’re delivering them an intuitive platform to alleviate many management complexities,” said Don Weinstein, chief strategy officer, ADP. “With this new integration, Deputy’s customers can now sign into one single platform where they can access workforce data, integrate other HCM applications through secure cloud infrastructure and utilize developer resources to enhance their existing HCM services.”
