• When will the drawing be held?

  • December 20 (Pacific Standard Time)

• When/how will winners be notified?

  • Winners for the first, second and third prizes will be drawn at random on 20 December 2022.  Deputy will attempt to notify the potential winners via email on 20 December 2022 (Pacific Standard Time [PST]).  

  • You will be required to respond to us within ten (10) business days of the date of notice or attempted notice being sent, in order to claim your prize.  If you cannot be contacted, or you fail to respond appropriately within the required time period, you forfeit your prize.

• Who is eligible to participate?

  • The giveaway is open to Australian, New Zealand, United States, and United Kingdom residents aged 18 years and above who are users of a paying Deputy account. 

  • Ticket entries will be given for new customer referrals only. 

  • Referrals for friends who have previously had an account/trial with Deputy will not be recognized for the Giveaway

  • You may not refer yourself

• Is there a prize for the newly referred customer?

  • Referred customers are not eligible to receive a Giveaway reward

  • However, referred customers may still participate in the Deputy Referral Program and receive a £75 reward after converting to a paid customer. More information can be found at https://www.deputy.com/refer-a-friend 

• Do the standard Deputy Refer a Friend rewards still apply?

  • Winners of the Referral Giveaway will still receive the traditional referral reward if their referred friend converts to a paid customer. More details at https://www.deputy.com/refer-a-friend 

• What if I referred a friend, but they didn’t use my referral link?

  • You will not be entered into the Referral Giveaway. Only trials that were initiated from a referral link will qualify. 

• What happens if my friend starts a trial outside of the Nov 29 - Dec 19 timeframe?

  • Only trials created between 29 November 2022 and 23:59 (Pacific Standard Time [PST]) on 19 December 2022 using your Deputy referral code will result in a ticket being entered into the Giveaway. 

• What are the odds of winning?

  The odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received.
