NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS REQUIRED TO ENTER OR WIN. 

1. Eligibility.  These giveaway (the “Giveaway”) are only open to Australian, New Zealand, United States, and United Kingdom residents aged 18 years and above who are users of a paying Deputy account. 

2. Agreement to terms and conditions.  Participation in the Giveaway constitutes your agreement to and acceptance of these terms and conditions and the decisions of Deputy, which are final and binding.  Being a winner of the Giveaway is contingent upon being and staying compliant with these terms and conditions.

3. How to enter.  To enter, share your Deputy referral code (details on how to find here) with your friends, family and colleagues and have them sign up for a free trial with Deputy using your Deputy referral link.  One ticket to the Giveaway will be entered for each referral that signs up for a free trial with Deputy.  Referrals must be new Deputy customers only (i.e. referrals to friends, family and/or colleagues that have previously had an account or trial with Deputy will not be recognized in the Giveaway). Each person you refer may only be counted once (i.e. you will not receive multiple ticket entries if your referral creates multiple trials). You may not refer yourself.  

4. Giveaway period. Only trials created between 29 November 2022 and 23:59 (Pacific Standard Time [PST]) on 19 December 2022 using your Deputy referral code will result in a ticket being entered into the Giveaway.  

5. The prizes.  The prizes are: First Prize - Apple iPad Pro (6th Gen, 11in, 128GB, wifi only) MSRP of US$799, Second Prize - Apple AirPods Max (1st Gen) MSRP of US$549, and Third Prize - Apple AirPods Pro (2nd Gen) MSRP of US$249.  The prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternatives will be offered.  Only one prize may be won per user.  Prizes will only be awarded to the referring user, not referral. 

6. Winner notifications.  Winners for the first, second and third prizes will be drawn at random on 20 December 2022.  Deputy will attempt to notify the potential winners via email on 20 December 2022 (Pacific Standard Time [PST]).  You will be required to respond to us within ten (10) business days of the date of notice or attempted notice being sent, in order to claim your prize.  If you cannot be contacted, or you fail to respond appropriately within the required time period, you forfeit your prize.  ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL GIVEAWAY RULES BY ANY WINNER (AT DEPUTY’S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN THE WINNER'S DISQUALIFICATION AS A WINNER OF THE SWEEPSTAKES AND WILL NO LONGER BE CONSIDERED AN ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANT. 

7. Odds of winning.  The odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received.

8. Privacy.  You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the Giveaway being used by Deputy for the purposes of administering the Giveaway in accordance with our Privacy Policy.  The winners consent to the release of their first name and place of work to any other Giveaway participants who request it, and to the publication of this information on Deputy’s social media channels. 

9. Notice of winner.  All entrants may apply for details of the winning participant by contacting us at referafriend@deputy.com by 1 January 2023. 

10. Reservation of rights. Deputy reserves the right to validate the eligibility of any referral with respect to whether they are a new customer of Deputy or as otherwise deemed necessary, and may determine that any referral to be ineligible in its sole discretion.  No correspondence will be entered into regarding your eligibility for a prize in the Giveaway.  Deputy also reserves the right to cancel the Giveaway or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.  

11. Governing Law. The Giveaway and these terms and conditions will be governed by Californian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of California.
