Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is Deputec Pty Limited (ABN 91 133 632 327) of Level 13, 580 George Street, Sydney NSW 2000 Australia (collectively, “Deputy”, “we” or “us”).

2. Promotional Period

This promotion commences on 25 May 2026 and is valid until 11:59 pm on 30 June 2026 (AEST) ("Promotional Period"), unless extended, suspended or cancelled earlier in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

3. Eligibility and Offer Details

This promotion is limited to the following participants:

Pre-requisite (base plan): To claim this offer, new customers must also subscribe to a Deputy base plan (Lite, Core, or Pro) during the Promotion Period. Deputy Payroll is currently available to Australian customers only. This offer applies to Deputy Payroll fees only and does not waive, discount or otherwise apply to fees payable for any Deputy base plan or other add-ons, unless expressly stated.

The promotion code must be entered at checkout. The offer will not be applied retrospectively if the relevant promotion code is not entered at checkout.

Monthly & Annual Paid Monthly Payment Frequency (New Customers)

  • Eligibility: Open to eligible new customers who sign up for a Deputy Payroll Monthly or Annual Paid Monthly subscription during the Promotional Period and enter the promotion code below at checkout.

  • Promotion: Eligible new customers who enter the payroll promotion code below at checkout, will receive Deputy Payroll free until January 2027. The free priod commences after the applicable 30-day trial expires.

Annual Paid Upfront Plan Offer (New Customers)

  • Eligibility: Open to new customers who sign up for a Deputy Payroll Annual Paid Upfront subscription during the Promotional Period and enter the promotion code below at checkout.

  • Promotion: For eligible new customers who enter the payroll promotion code below at checkout, Deputy Payroll subscription will be discounted by 50% for 12 months (equivalent to 6 months free).

Scope of applicable free period: The free period commences after the 30-day free trial expires.

Unless otherwise stated, the free period ends on 31 January 2027, after which standard applicable Deputy Payroll subscription fees will apply.

  • For Annual Paid Upfront and Annual Paid Monthly Plans: The free waiver applies for the first 12 months of the annual subscription term for prepaid users in the account at the time of sign-up. Additional users, base plan fees, other add-ons, implementation, support, taxes, usage-based charges, or other fees may be charged at Deputy’s standard applicable rates unless expressly stated otherwise.

4. General Terms

Availability: This offer is subject to availability and to the customer meeting Deputy’s eligibility, billing and product requirements for Deputy Payroll. Deputy may determine eligibility in its reasonable discretion.

No legal, tax or payroll advice: Deputy Payroll is designed to support payroll workflows. Deputy does not provide legal, tax, employment, payroll or financial advice. Customers remain responsible for setting up and using Deputy Payroll appropriately and for complying with all laws, awards, agreements, tax, payroll, employment and reporting obligations applicable to their business.

Trial and testing: During any trial or promotional free period, customers may use Deputy Payroll to assess whether it suits their business needs. Customers remain responsible for the accuracy of any payroll information entered, payroll runs processed, employee payments, tax reporting, superannuation, Single Touch Payroll submissions and other payroll-related obligations.

Automatic Renewal: At the conclusion of the applicable free period or discount period, as stated above, the subscription will automatically continue, and you will be charged the standard applicable Deputy Payroll subscription fees in accordance with your payment method, unless cancelled earlier in accordance with Deputy’s Subscription Agreement and any applicable product-specific terms.

Cancellation: If you cancel Deputy Payroll before the end of the applicable free period or discount period, you will not receive any cash payment, credit or refund for any unused portion of the offer. Cancellation of Deputy Payroll does not automatically cancel your Deputy base plan unless you separately cancel your base plan in accordance with the applicable agreement.

Non-Transferable: The promotional offer is not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other credit.

Combinability: Unless expressly stated otherwise, this offer cannot be combined with any other offer, discount, or promotion.

5. Liability and Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deputy excludes all liability for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by any customer as a result of participating in this promotion. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions restricts, excludes or modifies any statutory consumer rights under any applicable law.

These terms and conditions are in addition to any agreements with Deputy, including Deputy’s Subscription Agreement, User Terms, and Privacy Policy, and any product-specific terms applicable to Deputy Payroll. In the event of inconsistency, these Terms and Conditions prevail regarding the Promotion only to the extent of that inconsistency.

6. Modification

Deputy reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, or cancel this promotion and these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable law.

7. Governing Law

This promotion and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New South Wales.
