Deputy Annual Sign Up Promotion 2026
Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter is Deputec Pty Limited (ABN 91 133 632 327) of Level 13, 580 George Street, Sydney NSW 2000 Australia (for customers based in APAC) (collectively, “Deputy”, “we” or “us”).
2. Promotional Period
This promotion commences on 27 January 2026 and is valid until 11:59 pm on 30 June 2026 (AEST) ("Promotional Period").
3. Eligibility and Offer Details
This promotion is limited to the following participants:
Annual Plan Offer (New Customers)
Eligibility: Open to new customers who sign up for a Deputy Payroll Annual subscription during the Promotional Period.
Pre-requisite (Base Plan): To claim this offer, new customers must also subscribe to an Annual Deputy Base Plan (Lite, Core, or Pro). This offer cannot be redeemed by customers on a Monthly base plan.

For Annual Paid Monthly: 'PAYROLLAPM'
For Annual Paid Upfront: 'PAYROLLANN'
Offer: A once-off waiver of Deputy Payroll subscription fees for the first two (2) months of the subscription.
4. General Terms
Scope of Waiver: The free period commences at the time of sign-up to Deputy Payroll.
For Annual Plans: The waiver applies to the prepaid users in the account at the time of sign-up.
Automatic Renewal: At the conclusion of the 2-month free period, the subscription will automatically continue, and you will be charged the standard applicable Deputy Payroll subscription fees in accordance with your payment method, unless cancelled earlier in accordance with Deputy’s Subscription Agreement.
Non-Transferable: The promotional free period offer is not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other credit.
Combinability: Unless expressly stated otherwise, this offer cannot be combined with any other offer, discount, or promotion.
5. Liability and Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deputy excludes all liability for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by any customer as a result of participating in this promotion. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions restricts, excludes or modifies any statutory consumer rights under any applicable law. Deputy does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, or injury suffered by any customers as a result of participating in this promotion.
These terms and conditions are in addition to any agreements with Deputy, including Deputy’s Subscription Agreement, User Terms, and Privacy Policy. In the event of inconsistency, these Terms and Conditions prevail regarding the Promotion.
6. Modification
Deputy reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, or cancel this promotion and these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable law.
7. Governing Law
This promotion and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New South Wales.
