This promotion is offered by Deputy Corporation, 548 Market Street, PMB 77267, San Francisco, CA 94104-5401, United States (for customers located in AMER), Deputec Pty Limited (ABN 91 133 632 327), Level 13, 580 George Street, Sydney NSW 2000, Australia (for customers located in APAC), and Deputy EMEA Limited, 28 Herschel Street, Slough, SL1 1PG, United Kingdom (for customers located in EMEA) (collectively, “Deputy,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). This promotion is available only to customers who sign up for a new Deputy HR subscription on or after November 26, 2025, and remains valid until 11:59 pm (PT) on January 31, 2026, unless extended or ended earlier at Deputy’s sole discretion.

Eligible customers will receive a one-time 25% promotional discount applied to the then-current Deputy HR Monthly Plan subscription price for the first 12 months from the applicable subscription start date, after which all renewals—whether monthly or annual—will be billed at the pricing listed on https://www.deputy.com/pricing at the time of renewal. This promotion cannot be combined or stacked with any other discounts, trials, promotions, coupons, credits, custom pricing, or negotiated commercial terms, nor can it be applied retroactively to existing subscriptions or prior invoices. The promotional benefit is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash, and no substitutions will be provided. Deputy reserves the right to verify eligibility and may decline, revoke, or adjust the offer if misuse, fraud, or ineligibility is suspected.

The promotional discount applies only to Deputy HR Monthly Plan subscription fees during the first 12 months and does not apply to additional Deputy modules, add-ons, user-based overages, user additions to Premium Annual or Deputy HR Annual subscriptions, implementation or training services, professional services, or third-party integrations or partner fees. All excluded items will be billed at their then-current standard rates. By participating in this promotion, customers acknowledge and agree that Deputy may collect and use information necessary to administer, verify, and fulfill the promotion; contact customers regarding eligibility or account status; use aggregated and de-identified data for internal analytics and promotional performance measurement; and otherwise process data in accordance with Deputy’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.  

Deputy may modify, suspend, or cancel this promotion or these terms at any time, in whole or in part, for legal, operational, commercial, security, or fraud-prevention reasons, without prior notice, and such changes take effect immediately upon posting or communication. These terms are governed by the laws of California, USA (for AMER customers), England and Wales (for EMEA customers), and New South Wales, Australia (for APAC and all other customers), and customers agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable region.
