The Story
Limitless Escape Games is a 60-minute live-action adventure experience. You’re not just solving basic puzzles, you’re entering a wizarding world, pulling off an impossible bank heist, solving a murder mystery, or even escaping unworldly beasts as a band of greedy pirates! Escape Rooms have grown in popularity and are now a national phenomenon.
It works like this:
- Contestants first join a team (Up to 10 people can play!)
- They then pick one of 4 escape rooms where each room has its own theme and storyline.
- The teams then work together to search for clues and solve each puzzle.
- Each room has a time limit of 60 minutes, so teams must try to escape in 60 minutes or less.
With TV shows, YouTube Channels, pop culture influences, movie locations, along with a new escape room movie franchise taking off, Limitless Escape Games is unlike any other casual destination entertainment experience you’ll encounter.

The Challenge
“We were experiencing some pretty rapid growth and our previous solutions were no longer efficient. We were spending hours on scheduling and tasking for our employees.”
In the beginning, Limitless Escape Games were using Google Calendar to handle their employee scheduling. After running into issues with that, they then started to try out various other free scheduling apps.
“We had different programs for payroll, timekeeping, internal communication, and so on. We were experiencing some pretty rapid growth and our previous solutions were no longer efficient. We were spending hours on scheduling and tasking for our employees. Our communication logistics became a nightmare as well and payroll became tedious and time-consuming. When our second location was up and running about nine months later, we needed a better solution, fast.”, says Michael Hill, the owner & founder of Limitless Escape Games.

The Solution
“With Deputy, we literally save hundreds of hours monthly. Not only has it saved us time, which translates to more revenue, but we also have a nice record for accountability across the board.”
Limitless Escape Games are now able to focus on providing a top-notch entertainment experience for their customers with the peace of mind of knowing that their business has a shoulder to lean on in the form of Deputy. Deputy’s integration with ADP has also proven to be very beneficial to their onboarding as well as their general business procedures.
“The ADP + Deputy integration has made the onboarding process much smoother. With ADP we ensure we have all necessary documents in order upon hiring, and the Employees are immediately given Deputy access which streamlines communication. Also, the time tracking that syncs with ADP is a huge advantage compared to our previous methods of doing this which were completely manual.”
