About the report

The 2022 State of Shift Work Report is an annual report which looks to uncover the motivations, challenges and aspirations of shift workers around the globe. With continued staff shortages against a backdrop of high inflation, it is now more important than ever to focus on attracting and retaining staff.

We surveyed over 3,000 shift workers working in healthcare, hospitality and retail across the world and analysed their response to produce this report.
