All Deputy SSL certificates support 256 bit SSL encryption, the same level of encryption used by online banks. This ensures all communications to and from the Deputy application are encrypted in bank-grade security protocol.
Deputy offers 3 layers of application security as users login to and engage with the platform
1) 256 Bit SSL Encrypted Login
Ensures maximum security in data transfer. Prevents login and password theft. All communications to and from the Deputy application are encrypted in bank-grade security protocol.
2) Sharded Customer Data
Customer data is sharded (separated) into different database partitions. This ensures there is no data overlap / loss of data integrity between customers.
3) Location/User level separation
Within customer accounts data is separated between different company locations and user-levels. This ensures there is no chance for data from one franchise to see other franchise's data. As well as separation by user level.
