Terms and Conditions

The promoter is Deputy Corporation of 548 Market Street PMB 77267, San Francisco, CA 94104-5401, United States of America (for customers based in AMER), Deputec Pty Limited (ABN 91 133 632 327) of Level 13, 580 George Street, Sydney NSW 2000 Australia (for customers based in APAC) and Deputy EMEA Limited of 28 Herschel Street, Slough, SL1 1PG, United Kingdom (for customers based in EMEA) (collectively, “Deputy”, “we” or “us”).

This promotion is open to Deputy Report Builder (beta) customers who sign up for a Deputy Analytics+ subscription on or after July 22, 2025. The promotion code is valid until 11:59 p.m. on August 4, 2025 (PT).

This promotion offers the first two months of a Deputy Analytics+ subscription for free. All subsequent renewals will be charged at the Analytics+ subscription price listed at https://www.deputy.com/pricing at the time of renewal.

Any other charges by Deputy (including charges associated with adding additional users to an Analytics+ subscription) in addition to the upfront Analytics+ subscription price will not be entitled to the promotional discount and will be charged at their respective then-current prices.

The promotional discount amount is not transferable and not redeemable for cash or any other credit.

These terms and conditions are in addition to any agreements with Deputy, including Deputy’s Subscription Agreement, User Terms, and Privacy Policy.

Deputy does not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury suffered by any customers as a result of participating in this promotion.

Deputy reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion and these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

This promotion and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of California (for US customers), England and Wales (for EMEA customers), and New South Wales, Australia (for all other customers), and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in those jurisdictions.
